Before requesting a service offered by Connect Airport Transfer, customers should ensure that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions set forth below, as any subsequent agreement will be governed by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not understand any of the conditions of the contract, we recommend that you contact Customer Service before signing any contract.

I) Services

1.1. Through its website, Connect Airport Transfer provides services as a hiring agent for individuals or groups.

1.2. By signing this contract, Connect Airport Transfer will take care of the necessary formalities and commits to be at the place and time set by the client.

II) Online Contracting

2.1. The online contracting procedure is done in a secure environment, which guarantees confidentiality and convenience for a high-quality service.

2.2. The contract becomes legally effective after Connect Airport Transfer receives payment confirmation and send the transfer information to the customer.

2.3. The customer will have to acknowledge the receipt of all notifications from Connect Airport Transfer. However, in case the customer doesn’t acknowledge the receipt of an email, existing records on the email server of Connect Airport Transfer will serve as proof of this receipt.

2.4. Sending confirmation from Connect Airport Transfer charges and payments made through the customer's credit card will be considered as a customer relationship to any contract.

2.5. Minors are strictly prohibited from booking any service of Connect Airport Transfer, and their legal guardians or other people in charge for the minors should contact you immediately, so that the company can immediately cancel this registration.

III) Responsibilities

3.2. Connect Airport Transfer cannot be held responsible for incidents occurring during the provision of the service, namely diseases, physical injury or death, unless they were caused by its negligence. Any compensation for accident, illness or death resulting from the use of the transfer service must be addressed to the direct provider of the service in question and will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the country in which the service was actually provided.

3.3. Connect Airport Transfer is waived of any liability if the customer sign the contract directly with the service provider.

3.4. The accuracy or reliability of the content of this website cannot be guaranteed by Connect Airport Transfer, because eventualities may occur, such as viruses.

3.5. Connect Airport Transfer will do everything in their power to rectify any errors they become aware of, as soon as possible. If any of these errors result in a booking made at the wrong price or misleading advertising information, Connect Airport Transfer will terminate the contract, without any charge.

IV) Changes and Cancellations

4.1. The receipt emailed to the customer by Connect Airport Transfer includes all requested information including your destination address. Any changes should be sent in writing via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 48 (forty eight) hours before travel date. The customer is responsible for any increase in service costs resulting from the requested changes. Changes are subject to the supplier availability and acceptance. It's free to make up to 2 (two) changes, after that, any other change may result in an administrative fee of $ 25.00 (twenty-five) dollars.

4.2. Once the contract with Connect Airport Transfer is signed, the customer must notify the reservation office of Connect Airport Transfer for any errors detected, within 7 (seven) days before the transfer start date.

4.3. Any cancellation of the contract must be in writing and sent by email, addressed to the Connect Airport Transfer reservation office within 48 (forty-eight) hours before the start date of the first transfer service described on the reservation, and 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. In less than 48 (forty-eight) hours from the start date of the first service, no amount will be refunded.

4.4. Connect Airport Transfer files electronic documents of the contract formalized, these documents can be obtained by the customer upon request by email, addressed to the central reservation office of Connect Airport Transfer.

V) Contact Procedures

5.1. All contacts related to the provision and/or change of the reservation contract information between our website users and Connect Airport Transfer will be made exclusively by email.

5.2. In the event of unavoidable changes to the contract, Connect Airport Transfer will inform the customer by email to the address provided by the customer at the time of booking, sending this email as proof of receipt by the customer. The same system applies to all other advisory emails, that can be sent to the customer by Connect Airport Transfer, for this reason, please ensure that the email address you provided us is correct and that you read all your emails by the date/time of your trip.

5.3. If Connect Airport Transfer do not meet the customer at the meeting point within 10 minutes of the time specified on your receipt, will try to contact you at the phone number provided, by phone call or SMS sending. If contact is not possible, for whatever reasons, the service will not be provided and the customer will not be entitled to any refund.

VI) Statement of Responsibility and Capacity

6.1. The execution of this contract implies that customers declare the following:

6.2. They are of legal age and of entirely sound mind, which enable them to fulfill all their legal responsibilities under this Agreement.

6.3. They are aware of the extent of the services that are the subject of this contract, of the above information, concerning Connect Airport Transfer and the content of the general conditions.

6.4. As such, they declare that the credit or debit cards they use belong to them and have enough balance to cover the costs of the service.

6.5. They are aware that they must notify the Connect Airport Transfer as soon as possible of any variation or change to the data you have provided.

6.6. The services to be provided are in accordance with the data specified in the email confirmation. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to print and verify the accuracy of the transfer confirmation. If confirmation data is incorrect, the customer should immediately contact the Connect Airport Transfer reservation office in order to regularize them. Connect Airport Transfer cannot be held responsible for any bookings made that are impossible to make and the customer will not be refunded for such bookings.

VII) Transfers

7.1. About the scheduled transfer time: The driver hired by the service provider shall wait at the agreed point, within 60 minutes of the flight arrival time. Waiting time at any other point should be limited to 10 minutes of the agreed time.

7.2. In case the client cannot locate the driver upon arrival: It is the customer's responsibility to contact Connect Airport Transfer through the 24/7 numbers on the booking receipt. In case the customer does not contact these numbers within 60 minutes of the actual landing time and the Connect Airport Transfer is not reported about the occurrence of the problem, the transfer reservation will be canceled and they won’t be entitled for any no refund. An outsource company, telecommunications service provider, will keep an electronic record of all incoming calls 24/7, which will be used as proof, in the event of a disagreement over which calls were or were not made to the contact telephone numbers.

7.3. Transfer Out Procedure: The customer is responsible for checking the agreed time for transfer service and also ensuring that their chosen arrival time at the airport allows them to arrive at least 10 minutes before the check-in counter opens. (not closes) and in no case less than two hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight.

7.4. Neither Connect Airport Transfer nor the supplier can be held responsible for delays due to force majeure, or other circumstances beyond control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer itinerary, police inspections, acts of terrorism or vandalism, extreme weather conditions, high traffic levels, industrial actions, airport delays and natural disasters. Your chosen round trip itinerary cannot be guaranteed and the Google map displayed on our website is for information only, although every effort is made to respect arrival times, these are not guaranteed.

7.5. It is the responsibility of the customer, to arrange at time of booking, accurate information about origin, destination and hosting. The service provider will pick up the customers and take them as close as possible to the address provided, depending on ease of access and type of vehicle used. In case the conventional route access is closed, due to weather conditions, road accidents, etc., the service provider will, upon customer's express request, use a longer itinerary to reach the agreed destination, but in this situation, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges.

7.6. All vehicles used for the purposes of the transfer agreement are included in the liability insurance coverage of the service provider's insurance policy.

7.7. If the customer wishes to include the transportation of minors in the contract, they must inform Connect Airport Transfer Please note this when confirming your booking and make sure that the child security system is used in accordance with applicable legislation.

7.8. Shuttle, shared transportation service to and/or from the airport. At the time of contracting, the customer is aware that this service is not private, what may cause a longer time to travel as there are other passengers using the service and, consequently, there will be additional stops for pick up a drop off.

7.8.1. The “meet and greet” service is not included. After landing, the customer must contact the driver's telephone number provided on the voucher. If the customers cannot and/or don’t make such contact, it will be considered “no show”. It is worth mentioning that there is the possibility of buying the “meet and greet”, online.

7.8.2. Airport transfer reservations are valid for the specified time and date only. Airport shuttle reservations are valid for the specified date only. Connect Airport Transfer is not responsible for unused booking or costs incurred as a result of customer error.

7.8.3. Reservations do not guarantee that a van will be waiting for you upon arrival and the waiting time for boarding at the airport terminal may vary from city to city.

VIII) Child seat

8.1. If the customer does not report the use of car seats and the vehicle hired for the transfer is not equipped, and the customer does not provide it, the transfer will be canceled. Child/baby seats will be provided wherever possible if booked, however, in rare cases these chairs may not be available, due to unforeseen circumstances, for example, last minute vehicle replacement. In such cases you will be entitled to a full refund for chairs not provided. If you do not wish to take the risk, in the event that child/baby seats are not provided, please bring your own.

8.2. Disabled passengers should be able to enter the vehicle independently or with the assistance of someone in their group.

8.3. Connect Airport Transfer cannot guarantee the category of vehicle to which the transfer is made, as circumstances may arise that require the supplier to replace the vehicle in order to perform the contracted transfer service.

IX) Luggage

9.1. Each passenger has the right to carry 1 (one) bag or luggage per person and carry-on luggage, like wallets and small bags, unless you specified additional items during the booking process. All baggage must be labeled, in a safe way, with the owner's name and destination address.

9.2. When making your reservation, observe the capacity of luggage and passengers according to the type of vehicle chosen. Any overweight luggage must be declared at time of booking, or any large object, such as surfboards, Wheelchair, etc. The passenger will be responsible for all charges, if you have to use additional vehicles to carry unreported excess baggage.

9.3. Your acceptance of the proposed contract and its terms and conditions is deemed by you to be a tacit agreement that, under no circumstances the customers will include in their luggage, or take with you any object that violates the laws in force in the country, where transfers are made (firearms, etc.), nor any animals, except by prior arrangement and carried in a suitable box, nor any items of size, weight, fragility or excessive perishable character.

9.4. Connect Airport Transfer recommends that you do not carry fragile or valuable objects in your luggage, such as jewelry, cash, precious metals, silver, checks or other negotiable securities, documents, passports and other identification documents, product samples, etc.

9.5. Transportation of luggage and other belongings is solely at the customer's risk and expense and, under no circumstances, Connect Airport Transfer will be liable for any loss or damage. Such risk of loss or damage must be the subject of a personal insurance, made prior to the client's departure.

X) Administrative Formalities

10.1. The customer is solely responsible for bringing the necessary documentation to cross the borders. Connect Airport Transfer hereby disclaim any and all liability and refuses to incur any additional costs arising from the absence of such documents or from non-compliance with customs regulations, law enforcement or administrative authorities of the countries where it is necessary to enter. The transportation receipt is not a valid document for obtaining entry visas.

10.2. In the case Connect Airport Transfer has to pay a deposit or fine to the authorities of other countries as a result of the client's failure to comply with the laws, regulations or other requirements applicable to travel in those countries where they must enter, exit or cross, the customer will be solely responsible for the refund to Connect Airport Transfer, which reserves the right to withhold any amount already paid, until the customer provides proof of refund of such fines, costs, etc.

XI) Right of Refusal

11.1. In signing this contract, the customer tacitly grants to Connect Airport Transfer and to the service provider the right to refuse transportation to any passenger who may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and those whose behavior may be considered dangerous to the driver of the vehicle or to the rest of the passengers.

11.2. Alcoholic beverages cannot be transported on the vehicles provided for consumption on board.

11.3. Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.

XII) Intellectual Property Rights

12.1. The rights of the Autor, the trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the websites have been licensed to Connect Airport Transfer and are protected by national and international rules governing intellectual property.

12.2. The use by third parties of the content of our website for any purpose other than booking transfers is prohibited, including modification, subsequent publication and reproduction or representation in whole or in part without the express permission of Connect Airport Transfer.

12.3. Any unlawful use of the website Connect Airport Transfer, regardless of purpose, is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

XIII) Governing Law and Competent Jurisdiction

13.1. This Agreement is governed by Florida State Law, USA and International Treaties and Conventions to which the USA is a signatory.

XIV) Connect Airport Transfer Privacy Policy

14.1. It is the supplier's duty to protect consumer personal data and information, not being able to disclose or pass them on to third parties, unless expressly authorized by the consumer.

14.2. Connect Airport Transfer uses “cookies” on their websites to gather information about its website usage, such as the server to which the client computer is attached, the type of search engine (for example, Google Chrome) and how did potential customers become aware of Connect Airport Transfer.
